How long does it take to deploy a server?

Pre-configured machines are typically ready within a few hours up to one day. Custom configurations may take from a couple of hours to a few days depending on parts availability.

Can I modify the storage or RAM on my server?

Yes. Most servers support storage and RAM upgrades. You can also add bandwidth from 10TB up to unmetered 10Gbit/s ports.

Can WebGee provide custom server configurations?

Absolutely. We build custom configurations and clusters for demanding workloads — up to 64 cores and 2TB RAM. Contact our team for a tailored quote.

Do you offer RAID configurations?

Yes. WebGee offers software and hardware RAID (1, 5, 6, 10, 50, or 60). Contact sales for a solution matched to your requirements.

Can I upgrade my server later?

Yes. Open a support ticket and we will schedule an upgrade at a time that works for you.

Do you offer firewall solutions?

All WebGee dedicated servers include private VLANs for network isolation and performance.

Do you provide managed services?

Services are self-managed by default — we maintain the hardware and network while you manage software. Optional management is available; our team assists within scope.

Do you charge overage fees for bandwidth?

No overage surprises. We warn you before limits are reached. If you do not upgrade in time, the server may be suspended until the bandwidth counter resets.

Can I purchase additional IP addresses or bandwidth?

Yes. Additional IPv4 addresses are $3/month each. Extra bandwidth is $5/month per additional 1TB.

How does billing work?

We bill in advance with no mandatory long-term contracts. Prepaying for longer periods may qualify for discounts.

As a VAT-registered company in Europe, we charge VAT based on your country of residence. Customers outside the EU are not charged EU VAT.
