Please be aware that it is now mandatory for all future orders to be created only upon acceptance of our complete terms and conditions and privacy policy. Prior to accepting any orders or creating new accounts, you will be required to read and accept our terms and conditions.

Kindly ensure that you have thoroughly read and accepted our terms and conditions before utilizing any of our services.

Viewing and Updating Profile Information:

Our client area offers a self-service portal where you can update, modify, and view your profile and account data. This portal also allows your customers to update their personal information, including name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other profile-related details.

Your Rights to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten):

For more information or to initiate a Data Removal Request, please refer to the "Data Removal" option above. Please note that we retain the right to store personal information for all clients who have paid an invoice within the past seven years, as this is required for distribution to HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs).

Email Marketing, Status Updates, and General Email Communications:

Please note that we will only contact you for marketing, product updates, or status updates if you have signed up via https://webgee.com/login. By signing up, you have accepted our terms and conditions, which state that communication will be conducted via email using the data stored in your customer profile.

We employ two methods for sending marketing materials, newsletters, and status/product updates:

Tawk: We use Tawk (or similar third-party software) to contact customers regarding status updates, product announcements, or general marketing. Our mailing list is created based on your registration through https://webgee.com/login. Upon registration, you are automatically enrolled in our Marketing List via Gist. If you choose to unsubscribe, you can click the 'unsubscribe' link in the email received. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive marketing emails through Gist. Please note that unsubscribing will not affect the system or account-related emails.

WHMCS/Client Portal: We may occasionally contact you via our client area. By using our service, you agree to be contacted through this method. However, you will not receive any general marketing materials. We reserve the right to contact you for status updates and similar purposes.

Data Removal

With the introduction of the new GDPR legislation, clients now have more control over the collection and storage of their data. We value your privacy and trust, which is why we have extended this system to all users, regardless of nationality.
