WHMCS - License Invalid Error

The occurrence of an "A Licence Invalid" error message on the admin login page typically indicates that an invalid licence key has been entered or that the WHMCS installation has been relocated without the necessary licence update. This error can arise when the licence key provided is invalid or expired or when the WHMCS software has been moved to a different server or directory without the licence details being updated accordingly.

If you have obtained your licence directly from us, a straightforward solution is available. To resolve this issue, you can contact our support team by raising a support ticket directed to the billing department. In your request, kindly specify that you require a reissue of your WHMCS Licence.
