New Feature Announcement: Master Your Email Delivery with the Mail Delivery Center

Understanding and Resolving the 550 5.7.1 [ESA] Sender Blocked Error

If you are encountering the "550 5.7.1 [ESA] Sender Blocked" error, this means that our systems have detected significant abuse from your email account, which could include spam emails, bulk emailing, high complaint rates, or sending to a large number of invalid recipients. This block is a result of multiple temporary blocks due to continued problematic traffic, which has escalated to a permanent block.

To resolve this issue and unblock your account, please take the following steps:

  1. Check for SPAM Deliveries: Check the 'Track Delivery' screen in cPanel to view messages sent from your domain, to see if any SPAM has been sent unknowingly, or unintentionally.

  2. Change Your Password: Immediately update the password for your email account to a strong, secure one. Your new password should be at least eight characters long and include a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.

After you have taken these steps to secure your account, please contact our support team to request the removal of the block. It is crucial to address the issue of spam from your account before we can remove the block to prevent future occurrences.

Remember, unblocking an account without first securing it may result in the account being blocked again.
