Unmanaged Servers
By default, servers are deployed as unmanaged. We guarantee network uptime and provide support for the platform/infrastructure, but we do not access or manage the servers without an active management plan.
Managed Plan - $49.95/month
Our managed plan includes comprehensive server administration with up to 3 hours of technical assistance/consultation monthly.
Services included:
- 24/7/365 Technical Support
- Senior Analyst Escalations/Assistance
- Support for CentOS, Ubuntu, and RedHat
- CSF/Firewall setup and configuration
- LAMP stack or control panel installation
- Malware scanning with Maldet
- Performance optimization and tuning
- Configuration changes (NGINX, Apache, MySQL, PHP, etc.)
- Software installations, such as control panels
Proactive monitoring is not enabled by default to avoid false positives, as clients may occasionally take servers offline or perform their maintenance. If you require proactive monitoring, please contact our support team.
External Server Management - $109.95/month
If your servers are hosted with another provider, we offer a management plan under the same terms as our managed plan for WebGee-hosted servers.
Hourly Administration - $90/hour
For assistance outside the scope of our management plans, we offer an hourly administrative service at $90/hour with prior agreement.
