Terms of Service

WebGee provides hosting and infrastructure services including shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting, WordPress hosting, email, cloud services, and domain registration (collectively, the "Services").

By using WebGee Services, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not accept these Terms, do not register, purchase, or use WebGee Services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between WebGee Ltd. and any person or organization accessing Services ("Customer"). You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

• Accounts activate after payment and fraud screening. Provide a primary email not hosted on domains under the same order.
• Keep contact and domain WHOIS information current. WebGee is not liable for lapsed registrations due to outdated records.
• False contact information may result in termination. High-risk orders may require government ID and payment verification.

Free transfers are available for 30 days from sign-up when migrating from cPanel hosts. Non-cPanel migrations may incur fees. Contact transfers for quotes beyond the free window.

Transfers are courtesy services without guaranteed availability, timing, or completeness. Proprietary or incompatible data formats may prevent full migration.

All services may only be used for lawful purposes. You indemnify WebGee against claims arising from your use of Services.

Copyright infringement, counterfeit goods, and unauthorized copying are prohibited. DMCA requests: [email protected]. Shared accounts may not be used as backup/storage — cPanel backups may be deleted.

Systems may be monitored for security and compliance. Unauthorized third-party network access requires written consent. Child exploitation content results in immediate suspension and FBI reporting.

You are responsible for script security and directory permissions (755 recommended). Weak passwords may trigger suspension until remediated.

• Unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists, and safe lists are treated as spam — accounts terminated with or without notice.
• Spamvertised sites and ROKSO-listed entities may not be hosted. IP blacklist events trigger immediate suspension.
• Bulk email is permitted on VPS only and must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable law.
• Blacklist removal and cleanup fees may be charged at WebGee's discretion.

• Services are billed in advance on recurring terms until cancellation notice is received.
• Grace Period9-day invoice grace; unpaid balances incur £2 late fee and may trigger suspension.
• Domain renewals bill 7 days early and are final. Accounts 30+ days past due may be deleted.
• Restoration Fee£25 minimum to restore canceled/suspended accounts when backups exist.
• Chargebacks£150 chargeback fee applies to disputed payments.

Services are provided at your sole risk. WebGee is not responsible for files or data on your account. You must maintain appropriate independent backups via cPanel or external systems.

• WebGee may cancel or restrict access at any time. Staff abuse results in termination without refund.
• Money-Back45-day guarantee on managed shared/reseller; 7-day on VPS. First-time accounts only.
• No refunds on dedicated/VPS after guarantee period, admin fees, dedicated IPs, custom installs, or domains.
• Terms violations waive refund eligibility.

Do not sustain 75%+ system resources for 90+ seconds. Prohibited: unattended daemons, IRC, BitTorrent, gaming servers, cron under 15 minutes, MySQL over 15 seconds, account sharing, and off-site storage abuse.

Shared accounts exceeding 250,000 inodes may be warned then suspended. Accounts over 100,000 inodes may be removed from backup systems. Disable catch-all mailboxes to prevent inode buildup.

Shared/reseller customers below 99.9% physical uptime may receive one month credit at WebGee discretion. Submit written requests to [email protected] with justification. Third-party monitors are not accepted.

Resellers support their own clients. WebGee does not support reseller end-users directly. Resellers are liable for client actions violating law or these Terms.

Discounts are for first-time accounts/customers unless specified. Re-applying coupons to the same domain on new accounts constitutes abuse and may result in invoice adjustments or termination.

Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Florida under AAA or National Arbitration Forum rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs. You bear arbitration costs as awarded.

WebGee is not responsible for business damages. Services are provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose, including data loss from delays, misdelivery, or interruptions.

Registration data is used per our Privacy Policy. WebGee may correct inaccurate contact information and merge duplicate accounts (administrative fee may apply).

Domain registration WHOIS data is publicly accessible unless Whois Privacy is enabled. You must inform affected persons and hold authorization to process personal data as described.

WebGee may disclose subscriber information to law enforcement upon lawful request without further consent.

WebGee reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
